The Next generation BMW X3 has been unveiled internationaly. The 1st generation of the small sport activity vehicle (in BMW Lingo) sold more than 600.000 units worldwide.
The BMW X3 was the first German compact premium SUV and its success even temped audi to develop the Q5. but X3 ot old in the tooth and Q5 tooks the lead in the segment and white the new 2011 BMW X3 going to be launched soon, the game is all set to change.
The 2011 BMW X3 would to come india by the first quarter of 2011 after BMW India start the assembling the X1 in India.The BMW X3 which would have its eyes firmly set on its arch rival the Audi Q5 would most probably assembled in India to be priced competitively. the car is lighter,wider,and longer than the 1st generation. and will take on Audi Q5,Volvo XC60 and Mercedes GLK that car is coming in India but I'm not sure.
we expected the BMW X3 to be priced between 35 to 45 Lakhs rupees.
